This past August 5^th, Medford Police Department hosted their annual National Night Out at Hormel Stadium. National Night Out helps foster the relationship between the police force and the broader community, making the neighborhood a safer, more connected place to live. Hundreds of families showed for activities, food trucks, games, and community resources.

The team at Junk.com proudly drove their junk truck into the event’s popular Touch-a-Truck zone to engage in educational fun with the neighbors they serve every day.

Junk Truck Shines at Touch-A-Truck Zone

Junk.com’s bright junk truck joined the lineup of local city service, emergency, and utility vehicles. Children of all ages were invited to climb aboard, honk the horn, explore the cab, and learn about the vehicle’s function from team members. This up-close look at the machines that keep the community running offered kids and their parents a hands-on learning opportunity.
