Junk.com Supports 10th Annual Sonja Rileas Breast Cancer Walk

A Walk For Hope in Colorado Springs, CO

The 10^th Annual Sonja Rileas Breast Cancer Walk, held this past September 6^th, saw support from the same-day junk haulers in Colorado Springs at Junk.com.

The community event benefited a local Colorado non-profit, the Ray of Hope Cancer Foundation, which seeks to meet the immediate needs of Coloradans with cancer by providing financial assistance and mental health support. Families, friends, and neighbors gathered together in front of Rilea’s Pub for coffee and donuts, then set out on the walk at 10:30AM. Following the walk there was a lunch, silent auction, and raffle to raise funds.

Serving the Colorado Community

Junk.com rolled in with one of its signature junk-hauling trucks to welcome participants, adding extra energy to the event. Team members passed out Junk.com swag, including the Junk.com truck stress toy which kids and adults delight in squishing and squeezing. Together with their neighbors in Colorado, Junk.com joined in the time of remembrance, celebration, and fundraising.
